Rai Bahadur Sukhlall Chandanmull Karnani Trust.was founded on 29" June, 1946, to commemorate the memory of Late Rai Bahadur Sukhlall Karnani and Late Rai Saheb Chandanmull Karnani by the settlor Seth Indra Kumar Karnani initially having its office at 3, Synagogue Street, Kolkata — 700001.

The first trustees of the said Trust were Seth Indra Kumar Karnani, Seth Shew Kumar Karnani and Seth Gobinda Lal Bangur.

The present Trustees of the Trust are Shri Jai Kumar Karnani, Shri Lekh Nath Jha and Shri Salil Kumar Mukherjee and the present address of the Trust is Radhasagar, Ground Floor, 8, Moira Street, Kolkata — 700017.
